The method for extracting seabuckthorn oil, which takes Seabuckthorn seeds, pulp, fruit dregs and fruit juice floats as raw materials and comprehensively utilizes various oil making materials. In order to retain as many active ingredients as possible, the mixed solvent of aliphatic hydrocarbon and ketone or a single aliphatic hydrocarbon solvent for leaching, desolventizing by membrane evaporation, and then degumming, deacidifying, dewaxing the obtained crude oil in the same container at a temperature of 15 ~ 25 ℃, and then decolorizing and deodorizing at a temperature below 65 ℃, so as to obtain refined seabuckthorn oil.
